Law Enforcement is an extremely physically demanding job. You should ALWAYS be fitter than the Bad Guys. The police fitness tests are used to make sure that remains the case. They are not easy, and should not be underestimated.

Candidates who do not take the test seriously WILL FAIL.

That does not need to be the case for you.

It is not going to be EASY.

But it is going to be WORTH IT.
