Becoming a Police Officer

Law Enforcement is an extremely physically demanding job. My philosophy is that the Good Guys should ALWAYS be fitter than the Bad Guys. The Police Officer Physical Abilities Tests (POPAT or PATs) is the entrance exam used to make sure that remains the case. It is no easy feet, and should not be underestimated. Candidates who do not take the test seriously will fail. But that does not need to be the case for you.

3. Learn a bit about Mark

My name is Mark Murdoch. I am a Kinesiologist, graduating in 2016 from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Currently I am studying for my Doctorate of Chiropractic in Portland, OR.

I am the guy behind writing posts, filming videos and coaching personal clients to help them reach their fitness and rehabilitation goals. Throughout my schooling I have been able to combine my love for martial arts, the human body and helping people into what you see on this site.
