Friday Workout, July 1st/16

Start the weekend and the new month off the right way.

Today's workout is a 15-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible in 15 minutes).

Complete all of A, followed by all of B and repeat for as many reps/rounds as possible in the 15-minute time cap.

Rest as little as possible between rounds.

A) Kettlebell Swing x20

B) Wall Ball x15

 

**If you do need to take a break, rest for a predetermined numbers of breaths. This will keep you from drifting too off track.
