Weekend Workout - Aug 13, 2016

It's time for the Weekend Workout!

This time, I want you to follow this warm-up by Dr. Ryan DeBell of The Movement Fix.

 

Once your warm-up is finished, it is time to move on to the workout:

All you will need for this workout:

  • Workout Timer
  • Kettlebell

3 Rounds of:

  • Run 800m

  • 10 Push Ups

  • 15 Bodyweight Squats

  • 20 Walking Lunges

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings

Complete for time.

 

Make sure you are adequately warmed up, and take the time to cool down.

Get the reps in!
