Committing to your Training

You will only get so far and make so much progressed with a less than fully committed attitude.

It doesn't matter if you have been training for years or you are just starting out. Your outcome will match the commitment and dedication you put into it. You still become very fit training semi-hard, and living the rest of your life as normal. But if you want to be the best you can be, then it means sacrificing other things.

Make the commitment, day in and day out, to do what is necessary and you will see the results. Commitment is just another word for consistency.
