Friday Workout, July 22/2016

Today's workout is a 21-15-9.

Perform 21 repetitions of the first exercise, followed by 21 repetitions of the next exercise. Repeat for 15 reps and 9 reps. Complete this workout as fast as possible.


  1. Double Kettlebell Swings
  2. Box Jumps

This is a metabolic burner, and you should be exhausted by the end.
