How to Train for the Police Fitness Test
Step 1: Test your Fitness
To get where we want to go, we first need to know where we are starting from.
STEP 2. IDENTIFY YOUR WEAKNESSES.
Once you have taken the fitness standards test, you will fall into 1 of 3 categories:
Not strong enough
not enough endurance
Not following the right strategy
STEP 3. Follow a training plan
Fail to prepare, and you prepare to fail.
Once you know which category you fall into, you now need to follow a plan to address your weaknesses:
